After tragedy struck in my family, I recognized a huge need to educate the community on CPR. Originally we opened up Less Stress EMS in Reno NV, with the help of Travis with No Stress EMS & it's going strong thanks to dear friends Liz & Brian for taking over. We are now teaching under ACLS + Training & No Stress EMS in Elk Grove and Sacramento. We proudly offer basic & advanced courses.

We have a team of highly experienced independent contracted instructor's with real medical experiences. We are very proud of all our instructors: Mike, Jim, Jamie, Travis, and Teresa, for being the best part of our team! They will ensure that you receive skills and scenarios tailored to your specialty and education level, using our AHA approved equipment & hands on training.

Hello to all, my name is Shawnee, I am up front in the picture with some of my favorite people. All my life, I knew I wanted to help people. I have been in the medical field since 2009 & have been teaching life saving skills since 2016.
