MANDATORY - READ BELOW

Important  MUST KNOW Information or TO DO, PRIOR to CLASS date!!!!!



  1. For ACLS, and PALS Initial or Recertification Classes - Please bring MANDATORY PRECOURSE certificate of completion to class -  If you do not bring in your MANDATORY PRECOURSE certification, you will have to reschedule your class. Here are the links to get to the precourse.

  4. All courses require students to bring their own current provider books or eBooks. These are intended for you to study so you may answer questions prior to class.  The content in these books will be taught in the course. So Please study before coming to any class.   5. If you are taking our Recertification Course, then you MUST POSSESS OR BRING IN a valid CURRENT AHA PROVIDER CARD. Please bring a copy of the card with you to class or be prepared to show it in class.  If you do not have your card, you will have to reschedule your class.



EXPIRED CARD?


 It is recommended that any student with an expired card take the full provider course.  However, you do have the option of taking the recertification course under the provisions set forth by the American Heart Association's expired card protocol. The provisions for us are as follows:

  1. You must present your expired card at the time of class.  If you do not have your card, you will have to reschedule your class.
  2. You must complete all written and skills tests with a passing grade on your first attempt.  Remediation is not an option.  If you do not pass the testing on the first try, you will be required to take the full provider course at an additional cost for the initial provider course price at any location that provides full courses. 
  3. If you do not pass a class, you will not be entitled for a refund. 
  4. You must bring in your precourse completion certificate. If you do not have your certification you will have to reschedule your class.

Our Emergency Cardiovascular Courses (ECC) are taught with AHA materials by authorized AHA instructors in accordance with AHA's current Guidelines.

Advanced Cardiac Life Support Classes

Our ACLS Course reflects new science in the 2020 American Heart Association updated guidelines.  This advanced course highlights the importance of high-performance team dynamics and communication, systems of care, recognition and intervention of cardiopulmonary arrest, immediate post-cardiac arrest, acute dysrhythmia, stroke, and acute coronary syndromes.

Students work with an Instructor to complete skills testing as well as a written exam.

Basic Life Support and all Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Classes

 Our BLS Course reflects new science in the 2020 American Heart Association updated guidelines. The Instructor-lead course teaches both single-rescuer and team basic life support skills for application in both pre-hospital and in-facility environments, with a focus on High-Quality CPR and team dynamics.

Also teaches participants to promptly recognize several life-threatening emergencies, give high-quality chest compressions, deliver appropriate ventilations and provide early use of an AED.

Students work with an Instructor to complete skills testing as well as a written exam.

Pediatric Advanced Life Support

Our PALS Course reflects new science in the 2020 American Heart Association updated guidelines.  This is an Instructor-led course, video-based, Instructor-led course that uses a series of simulated pediatric emergencies to reinforce the important concepts of a systematic approach to pediatric assessment, basic life support, PALS treatment, algorithms, effective resuscitation, and team dynamics. 

Students work with an Instructor to complete skills testing as well as a written exam.
